Old Mutual Insurance- Shocking
My mom sold her house, and moved into an old age home. Eighteen months later I found that Omsure was still deducting insurance premiums for her house, monthly. The new owner has the house insured, which means that it was insured by two different insurers at the same time. As far as I know, that's *******. When I contacted Omsure, they refunded my mom less than one month's premium. I am astounded by the service I received. I have since moved my Old Mutual investments to Discovery.
