Old Mutual Insurance Poor Service

Mervan Govender Convice me to take car insurance with Old Mutual Insurance after most insurance brokers were unable to cover my vehicle because of its highest value, He tried his best even though Old Mutual also could not cover my vehicle but he decided to speak to his supervisor and came up with the idea of linking up my vehicle cover and attach my home assets, cool we signed up, but that was the end of the communication from anybody at Old Mutual Insure, never receive any welcome letter, never receive any emergency numbers in case of a claim , never received any contact information not even newsletter. my car broke down 15months later, didn't know where to start calling all the numbers i was calling were putting me on voicemail as it was after hours and most landlines and customer service numbers lines were cutting off, when i finally spoke to someone she told me they could not tow my vehicle back to the nearest service center because it was more than 20kilometres , they only tow within 20 km. ever since never qot any help had to do my own towing and my own repairs but i have been paying every month, my car was also bumped by a car in the garage parking and could not fine claim because this company has no contact, even Mervan on his email signature there is no contact numbers no customer service contact numbers.;
