Old Mutual insurance pathetic service delivery
No man what kind of insurance is this I’m frustrated the I’m a loyal paying customer but now when you need to deliver your service nothing!! My car has been at the panel beaters for about 3 weeks now I paid the access imagine R8000 damage was about R11000 and still nothing the panel beaters are waiting for you to clear everything!! I want my car Fixed! Everyone is waiting on you. What nonsense is this after this I’m leaving finding another insurance wouldn’t recommend this insurance at all leave when you have the chance. Why must I chase you around to get my services rendered
