Old Mutual insurance not there to assist!!

The vehicle was taken from my premises without my consent on the 19th April 2023 and I reported it to the SA Police service on the Morning of the 20th April 2023. In August 2023 the Police changed it to theft. I submitted a claim for theft and it was denied by Old Mutual. On the 5th December the Police station of Brooklyn Pretoria called me and informed me the vehicle have been recovered and I must collect it as soon as possible. I informed the investigation officer and drove to Pretoria West depo to collect the vehicle. I struggled with the release for 4 days from the 18th December and only received the vehicle on the 21st December 2023 past 14:00. Upon collection I noticed that the vehicle received a lot of damages in the 8 months it wasn't in my possession. I submitted the claim the next week. I was informed via e mail that they would only pay for the damage to left front side of the vehicle and that I must submit 2 more claims, with a co payment of R4000 for each claim as it was separate incidents according to them. Al these damages occurred in the 8 months I wasn't in possession of my vehicle. I pointed out all the damages I was aware of before the vehicle was taken and would claim it separate. I would not recommend Old Mutuals to any one.
