Old Mutual insurance is the worst I will advise people to cancel their insurances with them.

My nane is Kabelo and I've insured my phone with old mutual, so I lost my phone and I submitted all required documents about two weeks ago and there's no feedback that I received after submitting the documents. I tried to call them and I spoke to their consultants who were so rude and no one assisted me where's they ate deducting the money each and every month. So I'm so tired now I've spend so much money on calling them I don't know what else must I do. Right now I don't have access to my personal stuff because I don't have the phone.
