OLD MUTUAL INSURANCE IS TERRIBLE!!

I don't understand why I have house Insurance! With these storms we had the past few weeks, I have complained a few times about water leaks in my kitchen. Someone was send out by Old Mutual, to tell me it's maintenance!! I do not agree! Water was pouring into my kitchen through the lights, I now have sealing damage. I have emailed Old Mutual several times, Thuli phoned back to say sorry someone else must phone me, but it is now one week, and still no call back from anyone to assist!!!!
