Old mutual insurance is a ****

I am so disappointed at Old mutual insure. I had an accident on the 28th of April. Hit a sheep on my way from work at night. I lodged a claim immediately and today i get a response that i should have been cautious and that they won't process a recovery for my claim. I mean who does that
