Old Mutual Insurance find a ways to reject your claim.

I have had Insurance with Old Mutual Insurance for over 15 years, I put in a claim under accidental damage for a laptop that I accidently spilt a cup of coffee over only to be told that the claim has been rejected because the clause states goods are covered under water damage. They also confirm, had I accidently spilt a cup of water on the computer it would have been covered but they won’t honour the claim because it was water mixed with coffee. Perhaps I should join Outsurance as many people I have spoken to who are insured with them say they are hassle free and look for ways to assist you not ways to discredit your claim. Very disappointed!
