Old Mutual insurance BAD Service
My Upright freezer,Defy350litre was damaged and have been discontinued. Old mutual state that they will replace closest to closest to what insured had. But they do not do that in this case... They want to compensate me with a 227litre capacity freezer, while there is a 315litre freezer available!!! Poor poor service!!!
