Old mutual insurance are pathetic and useless

Had a shower leak which resulted in shower tiles having to be cut out to fix the leak. This was in early December. The tilers only came in January and did a pathetic job retiling the shower floor and one wall. They even cracked 5 of my tiles and tried to hide this from me. I complained to old mutual in numerous occasions about the shoddy tiling job and cracked tiles but we are at a deadlock. My shower is so ugly now because I couldn’t find the same tiles and so I chose a mosaic instead. The tilers laid them so badly that they are convex and concave on the wall. Not level at all. It looks pathetic. Tiler cracked 5 of my tiles and the insurance company now wants to chose another type of tile to replace the 5 cracked tiles. I already have 4 different tiles in my tiny shower. Very disappointed with the contractors in the old mutual data base. Also very unhappy with the customer care I have received. I have been loyal to the same insurance company for over 20 years. All 3 of my cars, my house structure and contents are all insured through them. I am definitely going to find another insurer.
