Old Mutual Insurance and Merx hvc are the worst even combined

Wow old mutual, just wow. You first drag our claim then afterwards you tranfer the claim to “Merx hvc” for processing and on top of that you working with them dispute our claim saying it irrelevant with all information supp**** and relevant to what really transpired on the day of the accident with the careless trick driver. I wish i hav known earlier then i would have taken the matter to Ombudsman of short term insurance. But this is not the end of it. You will not get away with ****** this time.
