Old Mutual Insurace - Poor service from Cameron Loader & Roy Beck

My 92 year old Dad has an outstanding auto insurance claim with old mutual. It has been over 5 months since they sent a towing company to came and tow the vehicle, which could still driven by my dad, away. There was no notification before the towing company arrived to remove the vehicle as part of the claim settlement.

Before they towed the car away we had been provided with forms and a list of requirements. We filled out the forms and started sorting the requirements before the car was towed. However onc0e the car was towed we were provided with a list of additional requirements before the claim could be settled. That was 5 months ago. Its astonishing that this wasn't done before the car was towed.

I appreciate that some of the requirements may take time to resolve but the fact they were presented only after the car was taken shows a lack of care by Old Mutual. Meanwhile Old Mutual is still charging premiums for a car they have in their possession and which we cannot use.

There is a complete lack of interest in resolving this matter by Cameron Load and my fathers broker Roy Beck. My dad has been paying old mutual premiums for many decades without any hiccups but they couldn't care less. In fact they old interested in selling him more insurance. This is a sick and repulsive company.
