Old mutual home insurance

Hi So my home is insured with old mutual Put 2 claims in 1 was a leaking pipe damaged cupboards The other was the storm we had in January 2025 damaged ceiling boards They refuse to pay making all types of excuses I had my roof maintained by high pressure cleaned and painted 8 months before damaged, they want recites to prove it, yup all kind of excuses They supposed to call back to give final decision they didn't But still taking my money every month
