Old mutual elite policy
Totally regret taking out an old mutual elite policy. I required a security guard, called in at 20.20pm, consultant Isaac assured me a guard would be placed at my property by 21.30pm. I called in at 22.00pm and Isaac mentioned he would check up with service provider and revert. He called me at 22.12 and advised guard will be on site in 18minutes. 01.00am the following morning and there was no guard placed at my property.
