Old mutual don't care about people they care about money

I am writing this on behalf of a friend of mine Jan , he went to a chemist Rietfontein Pharmacy and bought 3 warm water bottles , 2 exploded in his bed and burned him , due to this he picked up a thing called Peripheral neuropathy, a result of damage to the nerves, this was caused by the burns on his right leg , he asked the pharmacy for help and now they pushed it over to there insurance old mutual that even cares less about human beings and the pain and suffering they endure , now he must just wait for the claim to be finalized while he suffers, he spoke to the CEO's Personal Assistant Jacqueline Lavigre hoping they would be human and expedite as a matter of urgency the claim this could cause surgery or even amputation , but why would old mutual care its not there families that in pain neither the Pharmacist, Old Mutual i am righting this on behalf of my friend his in to much pain to even get out of bed but i hope your CEO Ian Williamson sleeps tight at night , you guys should feel ashamed of your self's , and then getting in touch directly with any director of old mutual is impossible they all hide behind there Personal assistants
