Old Mutual Disappointing!!!!!!

Old Mutual has refused to cover my claim after agreeing to pay a certain portion of my claim only to turn last minute after following up on the portion promised to settle. how do you do business in this manner as a institute of you magnitude. after i had given up on the initial complain of them refusing to settle my claim and settling for the crumbs offered and then only to be told weeks after that whole claim has been rejected. Old Mutual will be missing my future business with them and my relatives.
