Old mutual debits for no reason

I am a very unhappy customer !! I've changed my start date with old mutual yet they debit me each month and a some of money leaves my back account !! I've spoken to my broker to get a refund for me early December as I've notified my new date with them yet they debit me to a point it actually leaves my account in a minus !! I have gotten no response nor any help and I am considering going over to a different insurance as this is unacceptable !!!!
