Old mutual complaints dept

Dont get me wrong. 1 star on old mutual claims. They are useless. As in completely. I've had dead digs that were more helpful than them.

That being said 5 starts for Maritza Cornelius in the complaints department. Without her I'd stoll be fighting with the claims department, she is kind, level headed, eager to help and in my opinion, should be running the place. Every step of the way she was there making sure my claim was done the correct way without fail.

Misa Cornelius, gets a 5 star rating any day of the week
