Old Mutual _ Claim wrongfully handled

I would like to express how disappointed and very much unhappy with how a claim that was logged in October has been mishandled and resulting in a claim being rejected. They have stated that the damages are old, Yes 8 months would age damages if not fixed or maintained at an appropriate time.

Not once did I get feedback for the logged call without me having to follow up via mail and numerous calls in the 8 months of the claim be logged.

The damage happened and logged in October but only getting results in May 2025 so it's only logical that the damages will escalate/ Increase during this waiting period.

I don't agree with the results. With how the claim has been handled as well as the time frame it has taken to come to a conclusion.
