Old mutual cash back

I was due for a cash back in December 2018 and was not notified by sms as is per procedure.i recently went to a branch and was told it's due to me since December. Application was done for me to receive it, since Friday last week and i am still waiting worse thing is i have a money account with old mutual which i taught would make things easy. I am still waiting a week later.
