Old Mutual Car Insurance Company Omnisure Are USELESS

Obviously my complaint was never taken seriously on the 15 December 2020.

Omnisure is the most useless car insurance company. It is a sub-company to Old Mutual.

Their client service to the person trying to have their car repaired since December 2019 is still on-going with no resolution in sight.

A Specialist: Claims Negotiator | Specialist Claims named Cecilia Jooste has no clue of how to resolve and sort out this claim. She is rude and never answers to questions when emailed.

Old Mutual I think you should relook at Omnisure and more so the useless staff employed.

This has been drawn out since December 2019. It is frustrating and now urgent!

I want a date now when this will be resolved.
