Old mutual bad customer service

I took out building insurance with Old Mutual Insure for my new property which just transferred into my name the previous day . I have been trying to contact old mutual for the past week now just to get the banking payment details of old mutual so I can pay the annual amount but everytime I speak to a old mutual consultant they just transfer me to another and the call just cuts. Also every time I request a call back for assistance , I receive a call back within minutes but still no help. I just need the banking details of that policy so I can make payment. Please can some one at this institution help
