Shocking service from Old Mutual. I was with old Mutual for 15yrs+. Trying to upgrade my policies and guess what, they offered me the worst deal and the excuse was, Oh sorry we can't change our system writing. Another company offered me better cover. I then cancelled my policies but Old Mutual still deduct money from my account. Been send to one person then to another. You have been taking my money ********ly and I want it refunded and not say Oh sorry you need to contact someone else. This is really unacceptable. Even my broker tried to sort this out.

The debit order reference is OMSUREPREM which means it is for Old Mutual Insure.

I have referred the complaint to Old Mutual Insure who will resolve the matter with you directly.
