Old mutaul bad service

*** This is my claim number. I have made contact almost 2 weeks ago with regards to my claim of an accident. The lady that i have spoke to is Maphuti Phaleng. I have advised her that all emails being sent to het comes back as undlivered. I have made use of your link to load photos with no success because it does not work. I have made contact with her last week already and was told she would get back to me within 15 min because she was busy with a claim. Well a week later no call back. I called again today on 23 December 2020 at 14:22 and again was told she would get back to me in 15 minutes well its 18:30 and still no call back. Have called again at 15:24 and no answer. Send your consultant a whatsapp as her number is on email. Guess what whatsapp read no answer yet again. What the hell is going on with my claim!!!! Its been almost a month of struggling!!!!!!!
