Old is Good when Advertising their Business. But do not keep their Promise.

1. I lodged a claim eith Old Mutual on 17 Dec 2023 with claim number ***. The claim was in relation to my house property which was damaged .There is no progress on my claim instead Old Mutual kept on promising to get back to me but never did. Up until today 19 Jan 2024 my claim has net been paid out yet. OLD mutual is good when advertising their business but cannot keep their Promise.
