Not Impressed

<p>I am drained emotionally and gutted by the experience I have had with Mutual & Federal re: my water damage claim with them. I have been an absolute supporter of their product, service and have advised so many to join the company. A business with integrity that is honest and trustworthy. I have been praising them as the most reliable and trustworthy short term business, but with their growth in business, I think they have forgotten the importance of their customer experience. Fairness should be at the centre of any business success and this is definitely not what I have experienced. </p> <p> </p>
