Not getting back to me
I have been in correspondance with Mutual and Federal with a third party claim - where they were to recoup it from the third party that damaged my car in Sept2013.<br> <br> It has been going back and forth the whole time - and been stuck on one thing that is suppose to take 2months according to M&F for the past year.<br> <br> Now this William guy that is suppose to be in charge of this claim - does not return any of my messages.<br> <br> I would like to get an answer for this, as it has been long over 2years.
