Non-payment of Third Party Insurance Claim

After FOUR months of struggling to receive payout as a third party claimant, I am still waiting for my payout from Mutual & Federal for an accident that I never caused. Their (guilty) client already had her vehicle repaired months ago. So why am I struggling to receive the payout necessary to repair my vehicle?! Apparently my claim (no: ***) has been approved and sent to the payments department, but that was a month ago. Still no funds! I am at the verge of getting my lawyers involved. This is unacceptable and pathetic service. I will never consider M&F for insurance ever after the way I have been treated.<br> <br> Regretfully,<br> Shane
