NON payment - doesn't pay to be honest

So I recently spilt water onto my PC at home and damaged my PC, its a 5k claim on repair. When i spoke to a consultant they said they won't pay the claim, can't fully remember the reason, so i asked, if it rained and my PC was near the window and the rain damaged it, would they have paid? she said, yes the would have... I think its ridiculous that when your honest over a claim, you don't get paid out, but had i made up a story, they would have paid... i spend 3k a month with them and will be looking at moving my business.
