Nokulunga, a Star OM staff member!

This rating is not actually for Old Mutual Insure, but for a staff member. Her name is Nokulunga Mlangeni. I struggled for 3 painful months with OM. Nokulunga was very professional and efficient. It took her just a few minutes to resolve the issue which OM kept denying. OM had frustrated me, stressed me out and denied outright that I had a policy with them. However, just before I took it to the ombuds, I gave the arbitrator a last chance to resolve the issue. When Nokulunga called me, I was filled with trepidation because I was threatened last month when they were adamant that they could do nothing about it. They made it out to be as if I was a ****. Nokulunga was not only polite, but also sensed my frustration. She searched the date I told her and using her own initiative, she determinedly found the policy and the payment. No only that.... she promptly sent the policy document through to me, without any fuss at all. I want OM to know that they have a star staff member who deserves an award for her brilliance and for not giving up on a loyal client. Thank you Nokulunga. I hope you get a promotion!
