No Service
Going for two weeks for replacement of windscreen without any success. The do not make use of reputable companies like PG Glass or Glassfit, Instead Autoboys with very poor service, lack of communication and I have to constantly phone them. Have been a client for 15 years - this is how they treat their loyal customers?

04 May 2021, 13:46So eventually Autoboys replaced the rear window. The next day at fitment of the smash and grab (which they by the way do not do), it was noticed that they fitted the window incorrectly, did not secure the panel correctly and that the window was leaking. I had to take it back to Autoboys for replacement and now have to take another day off from work to fit the smash and grab as well as another day to repair the scratches to my vehicle.
Thanks Old Mutual Insure. After being a Gold member for more than 10 years and being a loyal client for more than 15 years I say good bye to you. I lost 5 working days due to you.
Just pity you want to save money by making use of the cheapest most terrible service providers. Now you lost me as a client. Penni wise, pound foolish I would say.
