No response to e-mails/ Unable to get hold of person in charge of Claim

I’m really disappointed by the lack of service and information received from Old Mutual Third party service.

The accident happened on 17 October 2017 where one of your clients knocked my car by opening his door.

I’ve wasted time being transferred multiple times and still no one seems to know who will be able to assist. I’ve spent over 20 minutes on hold after which the phone got dropped.

Regarding having a claim number, several e-mails and multiple phone calls, I still have not received any feedback. After a very frustrating call with Sylvester, I had to ask for his teamlead to assist with the matter. When i spoke to Ms. Mashele I was advised that Mr. Ramkinssoon is in charge of this claim and requested me to e-mail the necessary documents. This has been done and as yet I still have not received feedback in writing or telephonically on my e-mails first one dated: 10/26/2017 10:50 AM

Could you please urgently look into the matter?
