No response for quotation

Trinisha Reddy called me on the 17th of July asking me a million questions of which I answered every single one individually. She then sent me a test email in order for me to get her email address, so that I can email her my current insurance plan schedule, which I did immediately. Trinisha has since disappeared from the face of the earth. I followed up with her by sending yet another email on the 21st of July. After I still have not received any response from Trinisha, I phoned M&F to get her manager's name and email address. I then sent an email to Pule Makola on the 27th of July stating that I am still awaiting a quotation from Trinisha. I sent another email on the 27th of July to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] to this day I have had no response whatsoever from ANYBODY at M & F. its been a whole month. Are you not interested in new business or are you just ***********? I really don't appreciate being taken for a fool by spending hours on the phone with you, and being away from my desk for hours and never getting any response from you lot.
