No payment of claim

I'm a member if Iemas Co-op. As broker for financial services, they phoned me and offered me a very good quotation. I must say that I am 53 and insured for more than 30 years with only 1 claim in history when they stole a laptop and cellphone from my house. I accepted the quote from the Iemas broker. On Friday night, while at a restaurant in Jbay, some one broke the side window, stole my laptop which was under the seat, money, a childpad and little blanket, as well as my sunglases. The sun glases was not worth much, and so the blanket as well. The laptop and childpad was worth appr R10 300. M&F immediately said they will fix the window, but not any o the ****** good. I very well know that the cash is not insured R1 000 (my petrol money for the month). They say the laptop and childpad must be ****** from my house. And that it must be specified. I never till today received a policy contract with the conditions and am not sure what are the terms and conditions. I also did not received confirmation of the window that must be replaced. In the mean time I must use the car. M&F blaims Iemas, Iemas blames M & F
