Whats happening with Third Party claim ********** 95. We submitted the claim last month through Carmen Brokers and till this far we have received no communication from Old Mutual we are the one who keeps making follow up s and we are sent from pillar to post which is annoying.
Should I open a Case with the Company that put my car in this state and which I'm positively sure they will definitely terminate their Fleet and Company Insurance with you. since you can't handle their business properly.
