No customer care at Old Mutual Insure

OMI is reluctant to resolve my complaint that i have lodged. There assessors took short cuts wanting to repair my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT with secondhand parts which did not fit. Eventually they had to order a new part which will take weeks to arrive in the country leaving me stranded without a car for the holidays. They offer me a lousy R2400-00 for car hire. This problem is a result of their ill customer management, resulting that my car is not available for my use for at least six weeks.
