No claim payout for damaged item (Insured under ALL RISK!)
i have had the worse experience with Old mutual where needing to claim for a damaged item. They refuse to pay me out on an item which was damaged and the parts are not available by the manufacturer so it irreparable????
I've NEVER claimed since i started my insurance policy, and now that i do I get denied.
Santam on the other hand as given me a better option where cover is concerned.
I'm done paying for something I don't and wont ever benefit from!!!!!!!!!
