NEVER USE THEM!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I am having the WORST experience with this brand, I have been regretting taking this insurance policy for over almost two months which is how long I have been waiting for my phone that was booked into their repairs almost 2 months ago!!! When I ask for explanations they say I must wait 3 days only to ignore me and not respond. I'm being met with silence and yet they have the audacity to increase my premium. This is my first claim and it is the worst! I would NEVER recommend anyone to use them! Their service is HORRIBLE!!!! This is my second complaint on this very platform and NO ONE has gotten a hold of me or tried to assist me!! I am appalled!
