NEVER INSURE WITH MUTUAL AND FEDERAL THEY ARE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY ONE CAN DEAL WITH

Three weeks ago i contacted Mutual and Federal with regards to leak at my place of which i have full comprehensive household and car insurance with . They than assigned Digicall to assist with a Plumber which they sent out JD Reliable plumbers excuse the pun but they are flippin useless. A leak was detected and i was told that they will contact my insurance broker. I received the relative communication and at first the claim was denied because some idiot from the Mutual and Federal call center who called me said that the insurance only cover municipal pipes REALLY!!! Monday Morning i contacted my broker only to find out that my claim was still with the plumbers but i was a bit confused as i received a call the saturday before saying it was denied. JD Reliable plumbers than came and to my premises last thursday, dug my shower and 10 mins later they left. I call the manager and he said that work was stopped as they couldnt find the leak what bull**** is this now i have the leak and i shower which i cant use because it has been dug up by unprofessional idiots whom promise to call me back with an hour . Really Mutual and Federal do you do this to all your clients, yet claim to be the best in the market ??
