Never insure with Mutual and federal !!!!!

I am in utter disbelief of the decision from my insurer mutual and federal claim number 76729 Long story short and i will make sure i fight this i work as a representative for Outsurance I got hijacked on the 14th of november 2020 i managed to escape before the 3 men could reach my window as they ran to my car and I accelerated very quickly to get away and could not avoid the vehicle that was far ahead because of panicking and ended bumping the vehicle at the next robot Insurers are now saying they rejecting my claim because i was being a reckless driver How on earth is that making sense I guess they would have paid out my claim if i died Theres no human factor in insurer companies anymore they just dont consider their clients
