My experience with Old Mutual insure at first was frustrating as it was a long process which took over two and a half months. The claim was first rejected and there was very little communication on the issue being resolved however after reporting it to complaints the matter had been resolved by Muhammed on the 26th of March and I am pleased with the outcome.
