My experience is a great one, until Old Mutual cancelled my policy without even calling me to make arrangements to pay the outstanding money. I called earlier, and i got a lady and while busy with her, the phone got cut and she did nit call me back. She was so rude to say the least. I called again, and got a very good agent, who treated me with respect, explained everything i needed to know comprehensively. The agent's name is Delta. He is very professional and proficient is in what he is doing.
