My Car Gone Missing in Old Mutual Custody

I put a claim in February with Old Mutual Insure and unfortunately got rejected around September. The reasons for the decline even to date I still don't understand.

Fair enough my claim was rejected. But now it's December and my car is still not back. I've been sent up and down and everywhere. Emails been sent back to back but still no car. The damage this has caused to be is massive. I can't go anywhere and would have long fixed the car myself since they refused to. But they just don't want to give my car back.

Atleast if they are not going to give my car back, compensate the retail value therefore if it got ****** or whatever in their custody. It just feels like there's no sense of responsibility. A whole year busy with one claim. During Lockdown, mind you since the company it's a Financial Service, it was allowed to work. So where is my car. I need my vehicle back in the state which it was taken in. Please....this is so frustrating
