We have a big problem with your MVIA department

They are so disorganised,

I have been waiting for a vehicle repair claim to be paid for 3 weeks now , I am sitting at the workshop and no1 that I call knows weather it will be paid or not

I have called through for 3 weeks and non of the departments are willing to engage with eachother to get the matter resolved

I was told that there are no mangers available since it’s December
