Mutual Insure - No Response, No Result, Forwarded mail like chain mail.

Hi

It's been longer than two months and not even a single phone call. I have an ongoing 3rd party case with mutual insure. A client of there's had knocked me, as a result my car is damaged.

Employees go on leave and the work stands, even my broker sends me forwarded emails from the employees that play this mail game as to who must reply or take charge of the query. It was perfect, after this incident with their client, it's now going to ****.

I have followed all the necessary measures with no avail. I have comp**** and provided what was required.

A no claims letter was submitted, and even my broker is following procedure.

Please get back to me with the status of my query, I want my car fixed as the liable party's car is already sorted out whilst my is rusting, and I keep getting pulled over.
