Mutual & Federal refusal take full liability

Mutual and Federal relies solely on ONE assessors opinion of the extend of damages to my vehicle that rear ended. No other second opinions are taken into consideration. I was rear ended by a non roadworthy Rochester furniture truck that had no brakes. They are insured by Mutual and Federal and therefore I took the legal way by submitting a third party claim to M&F. This was considered as a liability claim. My 5 month old vehicle needed a new boot lid as specified by My insurance assessor, however this was completely disregarded by the assessor from M&F. After numerous e mails and phone calls it is clear that M&F does not listen or consider to take full liability for their insured customers accident. Well done! Make the victim the culprit, Let him pay!
