Mutual & Federal deducting money for a vehicle they already settled

I was involved in a collision last year and the vehicle was written-off. It took M&F over 3 months to settle the claim and when they did they only paid me approx. half of what it would cost to replace with a similar vehicle. They used transunion to determine the value of the vehicle however the transunion value was nowhere near what the market asking price was. I ended up paying over 50K of my own money. Be that as it may, I accepted the settlement because I had no choice and needed to wrap the matter up. However M&F and still deducting money for the vehicle despite having settled the matter. I have contacted them several times to remove the vehicle but for whatever reason they cannot do it. Add to this the fact that they owe me 8K for the months for which I paid unnecessarily. M&F clearly are the worst insurance company in the world. Its obvious that if you write-off a vehicle then it should be removed. I should not even have to tell you that. Bunch of idiots..
