MUTUAL & FEDERAL CANNOT DELIVER SERVICE
THEY ARE RUDE (HOWARD - TEAM LEADER) OF CAPE TOWN - EXCUSES ALL THE TIME, I AM 3RD PARTY CLAIM AND I AM MUTUAL FEDERAL CLIENT BUT CLAIMING FROM PERSON WHO CAUSED THE CAR ACCIDENT. THEY CANNOT DO A THING!!! SINCE OCTOBER. NO CORRESPONDENCE AND ALWAYS EXCUSES
