Mutual and federal risk financing vehicle warranty- do not take!

Doesn't even deserve 1 star....Motorplan direct sells you the highest vehicle maintenance warranty plan, underwritten by Mutual and federal risk financing underwriters, for high end vehicles, you think you are completely covered if something happens, however claims are rejected based on stupid excuses. They requested a refurbished part for my vehicle, when the dealership said there is no refurbished part available, they rejected the claim. So, be careful they want to take the highest premium from you however reject claims is used parts cannot be provided. Furthermore MVIA who handles their claims are completely useless, take hours to answer call, and have no clue about vehicles at all. Stay away from this company.
