HI I took out a car select warranty with MVIA (Mutual and Federal)

I was told that i have cover from day 1 of the policy for mechanical failure

i had a mechanical failure on my air compressor unit i logged a claim via Mvia

The air compressor unit is on the insured listed covered components

The covered component had a mechanical failure and is unable to work

but they are now saying that they do not cover for it and rejected the claim

fist they said the vehicle travelled under 10 000 km reason for rejection

Then i requested for call recording when i took out the policy for proof as i was told i had cover for mechanical failure from day 1 then they rejected the claim again saying Wear-and-tear

I also have a report from hyundai Manager stating it was mechanical failure

This is not a valid reason to reject the claim as the car have has been serviced and maintained annually by dealership

They are just ****ming people for monthly payments

When it time to pay out the reject the claim

Also Wear-and-tear items like tires, brakes, brake pads, clutches this is a mechanical failure

As Page 5 on policy document (Failure or collapse of insured part)

I have made several calls and sent multiple emails requesting for management to contact till date they have not contacted me

kindly help to escalate to MVIA (Mutual and Federal)
